The Tone & Sculpt class is a perfect way to get lean while building muscle. This hour long sculpt class follows the format of: warm up, legs/squats, chest, back, triceps, biceps, lunges, shoulders, abdominals and finally a cool-down encompassing a variety of stretches. Tabata Strength is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without a pause 8 times for a total of four minutes. The strength training exercises are an active recovery in between each Tabata interval. This is a fun class which will be performed at your own level of intensity so don't be scared, every exercise can be modified for every fitness level.
